Why do so many of us get involved with, distracted by what in essence does not really matter?
Maybe because we think that through these things we will matter or that through distraction we might not think about that we feel we do not matter.

After G-d created Man it was said
וַיַּ֤רְא אֱלֹקים֙ אֶת־כׇּל־אֲשֶׁ֣ר עָשָׂ֔ה וְהִנֵּה־ט֖וֹב מְאֹ֑ד
"..and G-d saw what he had done and behold it was very good.."
Bereishit 1:31
No specification no parameters at this stage so for me there is a great lesson here
No matter who you are, where you are or in what situation you are in
look in the mirror and say "behold I am very good, G-d approves, I dont need anyone else's approval"
Knowing your eternal value should always be the foundation upon which you build
If your choices do not match up with your awesome value ,then you have work to do ,maybe even a life time, and you may even have to pay a price, but that does not detract in anyway from your value and nothing and noone change it in any way because it was given to you by G-d, so don't act as if they can.
Keep looking up because your value is eternal

When you can be truly happy for someone no matter what you are going through the beauty of your authenticity becomes a lighthouse of greatness that brightens peoples lives wherever you go.
When you are happy for someone else you connect to the happiness within you no matter how deep you feel it might be hidden and you give yourself the best chance of finding some happiness and/or increasing by leaps and bounds the happiness you already have.
